GTPases

GTPases hydrolyze GTP to GDP + Pi in the highly conserved domains of G-proteins, which are associated with GPCRs (also called guanine nucleotide-binding protein-coupled receptors, G-protein coupled receptors, serpentine receptors, 7TM receptors, or heptahelical receptors).
